We've added the ability to give the document extractor additional instructions. You can do this:
Adding context will drastically improve the extractors accuracy. If uploading multiple documents or a document that is slightly ambiguous, give instructions like you would to an intern.

Goal descriptions now appear on the overview page making the summary view more clear and valuable to your clients.

You can filter investment accounts by goal. This will change accounts and charts shown in the Investments tab to reflect accounts assigned to each individual goal.

You can also send new and existing clients a form to complete to help populate their profile.
The form is very easy to pre-fill. Any information in the client profile will populate in the form that is sent to your client.
Clients can also upload documents directly into the form. You can choose whether you want information to be extracted in front of them or not.
You can also create a link that you can use on your website, emails, QR codes, etc., that allow clients and prospects to create an account in Kerdora.

We've made a number of improvements to our document extractor:
*Exact number of documents will depend on the length and complexity of the documents. Standard documents like investment statements and bank accounts should be handled fine. Longer or less clear documents like estate plans, chat transcripts, certain policy documents, etc. may require you to extract in smaller batches.

We're excited to share that Kerdora has been added to the Kitces Tech Map.
You can check out our profile on the Tech Map here (the details are still pretty light 😆)
